Meet Bill Redmon

'Founder of StirringWaters'

As an advocate of Removing the Barriers Initiative, Bill Redmon had a vision to provide a safe and special place where all people living with disabilities and their families may come together. As a retired Camp Director, team-building consultant and owner of Wild Creek Adventures, Bill put his two interests together to create the waterpark where families may come and share the experience of getting off the deck and into the FUN!

Hence StirringWaters was born!

Meet Our World Class Design Team

Redmon Design Company

RDC is one of the most awarded landscape architectural firms in Florida & has won national awards for their pool designs. Scott Redmon, the Principle, grew up in central Florida & spent time in his youth on the site of Stirring Waters.

Aquatic Design Group

Justin Caron and the Aquatic Design Group bring International experience in helping us to not only provide innovation and creativity to the engineering solutions, but also guiding all the pieces into place.

WhiteWater West

Jordanna Bower and the WhiteWater West team arrived early in our development and are instrumental in designing what may be the world's first big slide in which a person who is quadriplegic will be able to experience, almost on their own.

Vortex International

We are very pleased that Vortex International has taken on the task of designing our Oasis Adventure, the 6100 sq. ft. splash pad play feature that was envisioned by Physical and Occupational Therapists.
